AP社會考生如何自行報考AP考試？

最近收到一位美高讀書(shu) 學生的詢問，他自己所在的高中不是AP學校，不幫他報考AP，他該如何自行報考？

還有一位學生問，他所在的AP學校不允許他報考某一門AP考試，他該如何校外進行報考？

另外，有一些Homeschool的學生，也有單獨報考AP考試的需求

在這裏我們(men) 就把自行報考AP的步驟列在這裏：

根據CB的網站內(nei) 容：

”Home Schooled students or students who attend a school that does not offer the AP exam, can still take the exams by arranging to take the exam at a participating school.”‍‍

所以，自學和非AP學校的學生仍然是可以參加AP考試的！

方法1：自行尋找附近AP考點

進入AP Course Ledger網站

https://apcourseaudit.inflexion.org/ledger/

輸入想查詢的州和城市，找到臨(lin) 近的AP學校以後，可以在Google上搜索學校的網站和電話，聯係學校的負責人能否接受AP社會(hui) 考生考試。

注意：AP Course Ledger上各個(ge) 學校關(guan) 於(yu) 當年提供考試的課程的信息不一定準確，具體(ti) 要和學校確認為(wei) 準。

方法2：打電話查詢AP考點

首先要撥打888-225-5427 或者1 (212) 632-1780 (如果你在海外)來問到你所在當地的AP協調員的聯係方式，在打電話前先要把你想考的科目列出來，這樣Collegeboard會(hui) 給你安排合適的協調員。

注意事項：

When calling Coordinators to arrange testing, make sure to tell them: You are trying to locate a school willing to administer exams to homeschooled students or students from schools that do not offer AP.

當聯係當地的協調員時，你必須告訴他，你在選擇一個(ge) 為(wei) 非AP學校學生和自學學生準備的考點。

•You will use a different school code so your exam score(s) will be reported separately from the school at which you test. (Homeschooled students will use the state home schooled code provided by the Coordinator on the day of the exam; students attending schools will use their school code.)

你將會(hui) 使用一個(ge) 和考點的注冊(ce) 號不同的注冊(ce) 號。

Once you locate a school willing to administer the exams, that school's AP Coordinator is responsible for ordering your exam materials, telling you when and where to appear for the exams and collecting your fees. (Please note that the school may elect to charge a higher exam fee in order to offset additional proctoring or administration costs.)

當你已經選擇好考點的時候，那個(ge) 學校的AP協調員會(hui) 負責你正常考試的考務，包括通知你具體(ti) 細節和收費（請注意，該校有可能會(hui) 對你收取額外手續費）

That school must administer the exams for you; they cannot forward the exam material to you or your school for handling.

該考點會(hui) 對你整場考試進行管理，他們(men) 不會(hui) 把考試材料轉送給你或者你的學校來處理。
