AP Human Geography

The AP Human Geography course examines the ways in which humans have interacted with, understood, and used the Earth’s surface over time. The content is presented thematically within the subfields of economic geography, cultural geography, political geography and cultural geography. Historical information helps us understand the world in which we live in today. Students will see geography as a key component to creating global relationships and becoming stewards of the environment. The course will expose students to the requirements of the AP Human Geography exam and will provide helpful techniques for performing well on the exam.
