People now spend so much time on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat so that they have little time to talk with their family, friends, and colleagues face to face; over time, they lack opportunities to enhance social skills. For instance, some might have difficulty recognizing or using nonverbal cues in conversations, such as gestures, facial expressions, or eye contact.
2)麵對麵的談話過程中，經常有人忍不住看手機，會(hui) 給對方留下一個(ge) 沒有受到足夠尊重的印象
Good social skills require constant concentration and attentive listening during a face-to-face interaction, but many people have a constant urge to check their phoness, or to see if they’ve got any comments or likes on their latest posts. All these behaviors can make others feel disrespected in a face- to–face conversation.
選擇不同意的角度可以是：
1）現代科技使得遠程交流成為(wei) 可能，多種通訊手段的出現方便了人們(men) 隨時隨地保持聯係。
Modern technology makes it possible for people to communicate remotely. For example, many universities and companies use video conference apps such as Zoom to give classes or hold meetings. Friends and family members use WeChat to keep in touch. Hence, there is actually no reduction in time for people to practice their social skills.
2）對於(yu) 社恐一族，互聯網為(wei) 他們(men) 提供了表達和展示自我的平台。
For people with social phobia, there is no more need to struggle with communication in person, as the Internet provides them with platforms to express themselves and boost confidence in communication.
