People today are cell phones addicts and use them cosntantly. While there are those who believe that using mobiles phoness in public should be forbidden, there are others who do not share this opinion. I personally think people should be encouraged to avoid using their mobiles devices in public, but a strict ban may be upsetting.

Due to the fact that certain phones-related behaviours might be annoying, it may be desirable to limit their usage in public settings so as to establish an atmosphere that is pleasant and conducive to everyone feel at ease. A traveller who interrupts the experience of other passengers on a crowded train by shouting into their phones, playing music or TikTok videos, and speaking loudly is considered a noise generator. In places where peace and quiet are necessary for concentration, such as a movie theatre or a library, the noise from mobiles phoness can be exceedingly distracting. In addition, the light from people's phoness disturbs the people inside the theatre, which is an offence on the rights of those who are paying to watch movies and not for a miserable experience.

The use of mobiles phoness in public settings is unpleasant and offensive, yet it should not be restricted totally because it is an inconvenience to others. Texting, swiping on social media, and listening to music through earbuds make no audible sound and should, therefore, not be restricted on public transportation or in libraries. These activities assist people in passing the time and hence should not be restricted. Second, a complete ban on cell phones use would make it harder to communicate during times of emergency and should be avoided for this reason. Because calling is still the most direct and effective method of communication, it is vital that individuals have access to their phoness during emergencies.

In conclusion, it is considered impolite to use a mobiles phones in public and should be avoided. However, It is inconvenient and unnecessary to impose such stringent restrictions on the usage of mobiles devices.
