加州大學文書(shu) 寫(xie) 作攻略

加州大學是不少中國學生和家長心中的夢校。憑借其優(you) 越的地理位置和氣候條件、蜚聲國際的學術實力，加州大學也日益成為(wei) 全球留學生申請的目的院校。2020年的申請季，單隻UCLA（加州大學洛杉磯分校）就有10萬(wan) 人申請入讀本科。
在進入主題之前，老師想再次強調，“加州大學”, University of California，到底包括哪10所學校：加州大學伯克利分校、洛杉磯分校、聖塔芭芭拉分校、聖地亞(ya) 哥分校、爾灣分校、戴維斯分校、聖克魯茲(zi) 分校、河濱分校、美希德分校、以及舊金山分校舊金山分校沒有本科，隻招研究生）。同樣很出名的斯坦福、南加大並不屬於(yu) 加州大學係統，大家千萬(wan) 不要搞混。
和Common App上的大文書(shu) +單獨學校補充文書(shu) 不同，加州大學係統統一使用8個(ge) 短篇文書(shu) 題目。申請人必須從(cong) 中挑選4個(ge) 來進行回答。總體(ti) 而言，加州大學的文書(shu) 內(nei) 容和Common App的文書(shu) 是有重合之處的，但是事實上，寫(xie) 作風格、內(nei) 容、側(ce) 重點都會(hui) 有相當程度的差異。

1. Leadership Experience: Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or contributed to group efforts over time.

3. Greatest Talent or Skill: What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you developed and demonstrated that talent over time?

5. Overcoming a Challenge: Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to overcome this challenge. How has this challenge affected your academic achievement?
6. Inspiring Academic Subject: Think about an academic subject that inspires you. Describe how you have furthered this interest inside and/or outside of the classroom.
7. Community Service: What have you done to make your school or your community a better place?
8. Standing out: Beyond what has already been shared in your application, what do you believe makes you stand out as a strong candidate for admissions to the University of California?
加州大學文書(shu) 的5個(ge) 要點
1. 保證你每道題的回答至少和加州大學官方給出的13個(ge) 評分點中的一個(ge) 或多個(ge) 契合。
原因很簡單：加州大學招生官就是按著這13個(ge) 點來對申請人進行審核評分，並最終決(jue) 定是否錄取。申請規劃的時候、以及最終寫(xie) 文書(shu) 的時候，對著這13個(ge) 要點，一項一項地對自己進行客觀深刻的評估，是否在這13項上都盡可能做到有優(you) 勢（當然，部分評分點和國際生無關(guan) ）。
這13個(ge) 招生評分點包括：

2）Performance in and number of courses beyond minimum a-g requirements
