The increasingly competitive global market and expanding regional economic cooperation motivate individuals to work abroad, seek out greater employment prospects, and expand international marketplaces. This movement demands people who are proficient in global and international communication; hence, students tend to study abroad to boost their future professional competitiveness. In the meanwhile, the well-developed transportation system allows people to travel to great distances. Accordingly, there is an increasing trend toward cultural variety in our society.

It is evident that a culturally diverse community can result in a range of problems. Diverse religious beliefs, political perspectives, and communication principles lead to conflicts across ethnic groups. Individuals are becoming more radicalized as a result of endless discussions among democratic socialists, communists, religious believers, atheists, and people of all other cultural backgrounds. Moreover, racial discrimination and hostility are prevalent in the majority of multicultural states. Minorities, such as African Americans and Muslims in Europe, are frequently viewed as a potential threat to social stability, resulting in unfairness in a range of domains, including employment and education.

Conversely, cultural mixing has a variety of beneficial effects on society. Despite the conflict, interacting with other cultures inspires creativity and innovation. In addition to fostering artistic and literary development, it also adds to an economic boom. It is a win-win situation: locals are keen on trying out new things and newcomers need services tailored to their specific requirements. Therefore, various business opportunities could be leveraged. In addition, a multicultural culture exposes individuals to diverse perspectives. Despite the fact that individuals may feel offended during cross-cultural conversation, they are able to expand their knowledge, widen their horizons, and become more receptive.

In conclusion, an increasingly diversified society presents both challenges and opportunities. If individuals are determined to tear down barriers across diverse cultures and ethnic groups, they must take advantage of this tendency.
