麽是Kira Interview？如何準備Kira Interview？

什麽(me) 是Kira Interview？

Kira Interview是由Kira Talent所提供的一種在線麵試方案。Kira Talent是一家加拿大在線麵試平台。目前，許多國外大學正在將其作為(wei) 招生過程的一部分。它允許學校通過預先錄製的問題和答案對潛在申請人進行麵試。它可以讓麵試者對申請人有一個(ge) 全麵的了解。他/她可以評估申請人的領導潛力、溝通能力、理解力、驅動力等。

由於(yu) 一般申請人隻有30-60秒的準備時間，所以，這非常考驗申請人的思考能力以及表達能力。而除了要快速想好自己的內(nei) 容外，還需要確保回答能夠保持基本的邏輯性。除去口語部分，還有部分學校，如聖路易斯華盛頓大學的Olin Business School在麵試的題目中加入寫(xie) 作題。

事實上，起初隻有美國大學的商學院會(hui) 要求申請人完成Kira interview。但從(cong) 這兩(liang) 年來看，包括帝國理工學院、新加坡國立大學等非美的一流大學也逐步在申請中增加了這個(ge) 環節。此外，像美國的哥倫(lun) 比亞(ya) 大學、康奈爾大學等名校的理工科申請，也需要申請人完成Kira interview。由此可見，該麵試在申請名校時候的重要性。

如何準備Kira Interview？

首先，我們(men) 要注意的是，不同學校之間對於(yu) Kira Interview的要求是不同的。比如，像約翰霍普金斯大學的Carey Business School，要求申請人在網申係統中就完成Kira Interview，隻有當完成這一步之後才能遞交申請。而像聖路易斯華盛頓大學的Olin Business School，則是等申請人遞交申請之後才會(hui) 向申請人郵箱發送Kira Interview的邀請。其他諸如南加州大學的Marshall School of Business的MS in Marketing，會(hui) 等申請截止日過後的一段時間，統一將麵試邀請發送到申請人郵箱。所以，我們(men) 建議第一步就是要留意Kira Interview在申請中的時間節點，提前做好準備。

確定時間之後，我們(men) 就需要提前準備可能會(hui) 碰到的麵試題目，也就是尋找所謂的“麵經”。一般來說，我們(men) 可以在各大論壇上找到大部分的題目。建議同學們(men) 可以盡可能多地整理題目，並可以針對每題都寫(xie) 下自己的答案，再進行反複的修改。此外，我們(men) 需要注意的是，由於(yu) 不少院校每年都會(hui) 更新題庫，所以，我們(men) 難免會(hui) 遇到新題。所以，同學也一定要提前做好碰到新題的心理準備。

事實上，絕大部分學校也會(hui) 在Kira Interview中提供練習(xi) 題，雖然這些題目不會(hui) 出現在正式的interview中，但可以很好地幫助我們(men) 熟悉這個(ge) 錄製過程。所以，我們(men) 一定要妥善利用好這個(ge) 機會(hui) 。當然，我們(men) 還需要注意的是，每個(ge) 學校對於(yu) 練習(xi) 題的聯係次數是有不同要求的，有的學校隻允許你聯係三次，有的則更多。若練習(xi) 題過後，就會(hui) 出現正式的題目，進入到正式的錄製中。所以，我們(men) 一定要提前了解到相關(guan) 的信息，以免在不知情的情況進入了正式的錄製。最後assessment部分成功提交上傳(chuan) 麵試視頻後，會(hui) 有一個(ge) 大概的處理時間，申請人們(men) 會(hui) 在這之後收到確認郵件。

我們(men) 還需要注意容易被忽略的一點，那就是錄製設備的調試和準備。簡單來說，我們(men) 需要一台網絡穩定的電腦以及準備好攝像頭和麥克風。而瀏覽器方麵，我們(men) 一般建議使用火狐或者穀歌。當然，你也可以選擇使用手機錄製。如果用App的話，你需要用你注冊(ce) 這個(ge) 軟件的郵箱登錄。我們(men) 一定要重視這個(ge) 環節，若任何一個(ge) 設備出現問題，都會(hui) 很大地影響到我們(men) 的麵試。所以，大家一定不能忽略對於(yu) 設備的調試。

上述都準備好之後，我們(men) 還需要注意自己在鏡頭前的個(ge) 人形象，我們(men) 總結了以下幾個(ge) 要點：

1.錄製場地：一般情況下都建議室內(nei) 錄製，且保證光線不要過於(yu) 強烈或者昏暗。此外，也需要注意保持室內(nei) 環境的整潔。

2.衣著：根據Kira Talent的官方建議，我們(men) 應該穿著商務休閑裝,如正裝襯衫、襯衫、毛衣或長袖等。一般不建議穿著一些奇裝異服。當然，由於(yu) 一般隻錄製申請人的上半身，至於(yu) 褲裝或者鞋子，就不作要求了。

3.視線和麵容：建議保持我們(men) 的視線略高於(yu) 水平線，盡量不要低頭，且盡可能保持微笑。

4.妝容：女生可以化一些淡妝，男生隻要保證自信即可。
