01 很危險啊，old people 上了年紀，體(ti) 力和靈活度都支撐不了一些活動比如什麽(me) 跳傘(san) 滑雪的，去參加很容易受傷(shang) ，不好。
02 而且如果參加，這些活動需要他們(men) 花很多很多時間去學 skills，還得做很多準備，還不如拿這個(ge) 時間去做一些其他更有益他們(men) 的事情，比如旅遊，light exercise，或者讀報什麽(me) 的。
