來了來了，它來了！史上最tricky麵試問題（沒有之一） ----你的缺點是什麽(me) ？

麵試官可太太太太太太喜歡問這個(ge) 問題了，麵試官除了想考察文章中所提到的方麵之外，在麵試過程中拋出這個(ge) 問題，也是在增加候選人麵試中的壓力，being "hard-hitting"

老師每次和同學做mock interview的時候，可以說隻要問到這個(ge) 問題，沒有一位同學的回答是過關(guan) 的，所以，今天這篇好好做筆記！

Level of Confidence/Self-Awareness

一個(ge) 對自己充分自信的人，不會(hui) 猶豫不敢承認自己的缺點，吞吞吐吐或者想很久也是缺乏self-awareness的表現

01、太假的

不要讓人覺得你在說優(you) 點或者無病呻吟

02、和崗位要求相矛盾的

一定要詳讀Job Description, 選擇一個(ge) 和崗位要求不沾邊的缺點

ex. 麵試的是技術崗，那我們(men) 可以選擇writing skills作為(wei) 弱點

ex. 麵試Event Planning的崗位，可以說自己是一 個(ge) 沒有辦法停下來的人（sitting still for a long time）

Tips：如果是麵試偏技術的崗位，選擇這一缺點去說沒問題，但是如果是Sales，Consulting，Customer services 或者任何需要和人打交道的崗位的話，就算Public speaking是自己的弱點，也不要去說，避重就輕。

Lack of Experience

缺少實際在公司實習(xi) 的經驗

Tips：如果自己的簡曆上真的什麽(me) 東(dong) 西都沒有，我們(men) 完全可以直麵這個(ge) 問題，自己主動提出來，但是也要闡述自己在學校裏是非常活躍的，學校的projects也參與(yu) 了不少，積累了一定量的經曆，其實這也是為(wei) 什麽(me) 要申請這份崗位，想要積累一些實際工作中的經驗。

Too Direct

有時給同事Feedback的時候過於(yu) 直接了，很多時候改變一下我們(men) 說話的方式，可以更好地解決(jue) 問題並且對方更容易接受

基本結構:

Weakness + 例子+ Action Plan（2-3個(ge) ）+ 表態（進步了並在繼續努力中）

舉(ju) 的這個(ge) 例子一定要是一段時間之前發生的，這樣有充足的我們(men) 可以改正和提升的時間。

I would say that my biggest weakness is that I'm a little soft spoken. Sometimes, I just don't know how to say no to others. During my last summer internship, there was another intern Amy. She came to me and asked for my help on the project she was working on. I was really busy and working on my own project at that time. Instead of saying no to her I told her no problem I would help. As a result, I missed my DDL and was questioned by my supervisor.

After that time, I realized that this could be a huge problem and even affect my career. I then take some actions. Instead of saying no directly to a request, I would say 'let me think about it' to the person. I will think for five mins and then give the answer. I have to say that this is a really effective method for me. I've improved a lot and will keep working on it.
