About VAMUN

弗吉尼亞(ya) 大學模擬聯合國大會(hui) 至今已有43年曆史，峰會(hui) 由全美Top 20知名大學弗吉尼亞(ya) 大學模聯峰會(hui) 組委會(hui) 舉(ju) 辦，通常於(yu) 11月份舉(ju) 行，是全美頂尖高中生模聯大會(hui) 之一。每年，峰會(hui) 組委會(hui) 都會(hui) 精心設計一係列精彩紛呈的活動，供學生們(men) 體(ti) 驗寓教於(yu) 樂(le) 的聯合國大會(hui) 流程。

For the past 43 years, the International Relations Organization at the University of Virginia has hosted one of the east coast's premier high school Model United Nations conferences, VAMUN. VAMUN is located in the center of the University of Virginia, one of the oldest and most beautiful Universities in the United States. It is usually held in November. Every year, a dedicated body of University of Virginia students works tirelessly to bring about a truly excellent conference that is both a fun and eye-opening experience. VAMUN is dedicated to providing an extremely diverse array of committees that will have something for everybody. Hours of work are put into ensuring every committee meets VAMUN's exacting standards, and will be fascinating, educational, and fun for every delegate.

High school students who are interested in international politics, diplomacy, economics, psychology and social science studies;

Any students who are interested in developing public speaking, presentation, team cooperation skills and strengthening ECA profiles
