賓夕法尼亞(ya) 大學世界學校辯論錦標賽（Penn World Schools Debating Championships 2024）現已開始報名。

參賽資格：

Younger than 20 years old by the last day of the competition；Must not be enrolled in a tertiary or postsecondary institution whose first semesterstarts before or on the last day of the competition.
