布朗大學夏校2025年申請季開啟

布朗大學夏校一共有7個(ge) 項目：分別是：布朗大學預科夏校（Summer@ Brown，Summer@ Brown online），布朗體(ti) 0驗式教育BEE(Brown Experiential Education), 布朗環境領導力實驗室BELL(Brown Environmental Leadership Lab), 布朗領導力暑期項目BLI(Leadership Institute)，布朗高中STEM項目(STEM for Rising 9th and 10th Graders)，以及Pre-Baccalaureate。

BELL申請要求

在2025年的BELL項目中，學生們(men) 將在阿拉斯加、東(dong) 部山脈、佛羅裏達礁島群和羅德島四個(ge) 麵臨(lin) 生態挑戰的地方討論可持續發展和保護問題。在不同的課程中，學生們(men) 將了解當地的文化和生態曆史，同時與(yu) 項目中的同學環保主義(yi) 者共同建立環境領導力社區。

網申係統2025年1月15號開放，rolling審核，最終截止日期2025年5月9日。建議盡早申請。

2025文書(shu) 題目：

1） 我們(men) 的許多學生都是為(wei) 了進一步了解自己的興(xing) 趣愛好，或者是為(wei) 了找到自己真正感興(xing) 趣的課程。請告訴我們(men) 你感興(xing) 趣的科目，以及你將如何在布朗大學繼續探索這一學科？

2) 回顧你的教育曆程中有意義(yi) 的事件、經曆或成就，它們(men) 是如何幫助你成長的？以及它們(men) 在你未來布朗夏校學習(xi) 過程中將會(hui) 發揮怎樣的作用？

You will be required to submit a 250 to 500 word essay responding to one of the following prompts:

Many of our students come to learn more about one of their passions, or because they find a class in a subject that they are really excited about. Tell us about your passion or a subject that excites you. How will you continue to explore this subject or passion at Brown Pre-College?

Look back on an event, an experience or an accomplishment that was meaningful to your educational journey. How did you grow as a result? What did you learn that will help you as you continue your journey at Brown Pre-College?

Supplementary Essay（Optional）

You may choose to submit a supplementary essay to address something not covered in other parts of the application. (For example, to provide information about your extracurricular activities, an explanation for inconsistent grades or other circumstances you’d like the Admissions Team to consider.)

申請費：

4月6日之前65美元，4月7日之後100美元。

√ 對 Summer@Brown 或 Summer@Brown 中某個(ge) 特定課程感興(xing) 趣，且截至 2025 年 6 月 15 日未滿 15 歲

√對 STEM for Rising 9th and 10th Graders 項目或某個(ge) 特定課程感興(xing) 趣，且截至 2025 年 6 月 15 日未滿 14 歲

√對 Brown Environmental Leadership Lab (BELL) 課程感興(xing) 趣

√對 Brown Experiential Education (BEE) 課程感興(xing) 趣

√成績不穩定——有任何 C 或以下的成績

請注意，申請 Pre-Baccalaureate Program 項目時必須提交推薦信。

可以是任課老師，counselor或community leader都可。如果提供推薦信，則必須用Brown夏校的推薦表格式。

語言要求：

一個(ge) 比較大的變化是今年布朗接受托福成績，以前隻接受多鄰國和InitialView, 不接受托福和雅思，2025fall的申請接受了托福。

雅思仍然不接受。托福至少105分（90-105分左右的可以申請Language in Context Program），多鄰國至少130分（120-130分左右的可以申請Language in Context Program）。可以申請前或申請後提交語言成績。
