2023 2月雅思機考流程圖預測：橄欖油

不枉老師天天蹲雅思寫(xie) 作考題，今天終於(yu) 蹲到大家最害怕的、卻是我最愛的題型：流程圖。這個(ge) 流程圖，可以說是經典流程圖中的經典（老題中的老題），真的考太多次了！內(nei) 地海外、紙考機考都考了好多。

年前我分享過這個(ge) 題目，沒想到開年官方繼續用這個(ge) 題（官方真的挺懶的）。

但是，不用心準備，哪怕是原題，5.5還是5.5。接下來分享兩(liang) 篇例文，趕緊學起來

例文一：

The diagram illustrates the process of how olive oil is produced.

這張圖表說明了橄欖油的生產(chan) 過程。

Overall, this step-by-step process is comprised of seven stages, from the harvesting of the mature fruit from olive trees, to the packaging and sale of the finished product.

總的來說，這個(ge) 循序漸進的過程包括七個(ge) 階段，從(cong) 橄欖樹上成熟的果實的收獲，到包裝和銷售成品。

Initially, ripe olives are harvested from trees by farmers and then taken to a rinsing machine where they are washed in cold water. After being rinsed, the olives are transferred via a conveyor belt to another machine that grinds the olives to separate the fruit from the seeds. During this stage, the olives are smashed into a paste, and the olive stones are removed.

最初，農(nong) 民將成熟的橄欖從(cong) 樹上采摘下來，然後放入漂洗機中用冷水清洗。衝(chong) 洗後，橄欖通過傳(chuan) 送帶被轉移到另一台機器上被研磨，這樣果實與(yu) 果核被分離。在這一步，橄欖被搗成糊狀，橄欖核被移走。

The olive paste is then placed in a type of perforated bag before being put through a pressing machine, followed by another process where any excess water is separated from the oil. And finally, the olive oil is packaged and delivered to shops where it can be sold.

lt is clear from the picture that there are seven main stages to produce olive oil, from the picking to the final sale. Overall, olive oil manufacturing is a complex process involving many steps and many devices.

To start with, olives are picked from the olive trees. After that,the fresh olives are washed in cold water and rinsed several times until they are clean enough. Then the olives are put on a belt before being put in a smashing device where they are smashed and separated into olive stones and olive paste. In the fourth stage, the olive paste is put into a bag with holes and the whole thing is put in a pressing apparatus where it is pressed to get the maximum possible liquid.
