02、話題分析

“小組合作”這是一道經曆類的新題，相信大家在學習(xi) 工作中是不少見的。比如一起合作展示課題、團隊比賽、完成整個(ge) 部門的工作匯報、組織一場活動等等。

我們(men) 來看看這道題目可以如何串題：

✅ 和誰一起合作

因為(wei) 一次“小組合作”，所以TA成為(wei) 了我“想要一起學習(xi) /工作的人”、在小時候的一次“小組合作”認識的“發小朋友”

✅ 英語課展示小組合作

英語老師要求做presentation，和同學一起“小組合作”，雖然當中產(chan) 生了“一次爭(zheng) 論”但是我們(men) 最後協調了矛盾，展示效果很好，“受到了表揚”，這是一節“令人印象深刻的英語課”

第一小問“What it was”是什麽(me) 活動

活動的選擇可以從(cong) 上文提到的一些類別去選擇，這個(ge) 小問可以先說一下活動的契機或者緣由，從(cong) 三個(ge) 角度展開（人物）是誰要求做活動或者是我們(men) 自發組織，（目的）幫助別人/學習(xi) 課題/總結開展工作/聯結情誼等，（主體(ti) ）Presentation展示/義(yi) 賣活動/運動會(hui) 等

第二小問“Who you did it with”你和誰一起合作

這裏銜接上一問，聊一下你的合作夥(huo) 伴，先聊一下他的身份，是同學還是同事；再說一下你們(men) 的關(guan) 係，是非常熟悉彼此還是陌生的人；有必要的話可以描述一下隊友們(men) 的個(ge) 性，比如是非常認真踏實，非常靠譜的，還是充滿創造力的等；最後可以說一下當時的期待，是覺得有困難，還是充滿信心和期待。

第三小問“what did you do”你們(men) 做了什麽(me)

第三小問詳細展開合作的過程，可以從(cong) 前期準備、中期活動、到最後結果來描述。前期準備包括了，物資準備、活動宣傳(chuan) /通知、信息收集等，中期包括了人員如何安排、是否出現了分歧或者遇到困難，最後結果可以是聊現場效果、別人評價(jia) 。

第四小問“How you feel about it” 你對此有何感受

聊這件事情的感受，有很多方麵可以展開，一種是對於(yu) 事件本身，是公益性質或者是服務性質的，能給他人帶來幫助覺得很快樂(le) ，或者是完美地完成了任務，很有成就感。第二種去聊對於(yu) 夥(huo) 伴的感受，比如在合作中認識/增進了夥(huo) 伴之間的友誼，覺得非常珍貴；或是感激隊友對於(yu) 自己的包容、幫助的指導。最後一種可以去聊聊對於(yu) “團隊合作”的看法，確實使大家可以各展所長並且彌補個(ge) 人不足，是一個(ge) 結果更好的方法。

One thing I did with a group of people was a charity event to raise money for a local homeless shelter. We organized a bake sale, raffle, and a silent auction, all in one day, to raise money for the shelter. The group consisted of about 10 people, including myself, who were all classmates in a college course on community service.

It took us about a month to plan and organize the event. We had to come up with ideas, set a date, create flyers and posters, and contact local businesses for donations. On the day of the event, we set up tables and chairs outside of the college, and sold a variety of baked goods and raffle tickets. We also had a silent auction with items donated by local businesses. We managed to raise a significant amount of money for the homeless shelter and it helped the homeless to have a better life.

We did this event together because we wanted to make a tangible impact on our community and help those in need. We believe that everyone should have access to basic necessities such as food and shelter, and we wanted to do our part to help make that happen. We wanted to work collaboratively, pooling our talents and resources to make the event a success.

Moreover, it was an opportunity for us to not just learn about these issues but also to actively engage in something that could make a real difference. It was a great experience for all of us, both in terms of the outcome and the camaraderie and teamwork that came from working together. We all felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from having contributed to something bigger than ourselves.
