The line graph shows trends in shop closures and openings of new shops in a particular country between the years 2011 and 2018.In 2011 approximately 6,400 shops closed. The number of closures fluctuated over the next four years until 2015, when there was a dramatic fall in closures to roughly 700 shops. The following year the number of shops closing their doors rose sharply, reaching over 5,000. The figures remained steady for the next two years, with just over 5,000 closures in 2018.The number of new shops opening decreased dramatically between 20111 (approximately 8,500) and 2012 (just under 4,000) but rebounded by roughly 50% by 2014. In 2015, the number of openings then fell to the 2012 level, but remained stable for the next two years. The last recorded year, 2018, saw a further fall to 3,000 new openings, the lowest point in this seven year period.Overall, the number of shop closures has remained within the 5,000 to 7,000 range (with the exception of 2015). In contrast, new shop openings have shown a wider range of figures, but generally indicate a downward trend over the same period.
雖然我看得出ta的英語水平很好,擅長寫(xie) 作,但是ta確實沒有寫(xie) 交點。幾乎就是2條線(開店數量和關(guan) 店數量)各寫(xie) 各的,僅(jin) 僅(jin) 在overall段做了簡單的比較。

一時間讓我對自己的雅思寫(xie) 作教學感到迷茫。因為(wei) 我一直以來對學生的要求是“麵麵俱到”——既要爭(zheng) 取4條評分標準中詞匯和語法的分,也要爭(zheng) 取TA和CC的分。
在實際教學中,1 如果學生寫(xie) 線圖不寫(xie) 交點,我肯定要揪著不放,強製加入;2 我也在批改其他老師的學生的作文時,因為(wei) 沒有寫(xie) 交點而嚴(yan) 厲扣分。我的考慮是,詞匯和語法,絕大多數學生分數的上限是7分,然而TA和CC往往都是5分(主要因為(wei) comparisons寫(xie) 不全),這樣得到的最終分數就是6分。
所以,通過要求他們(men) 寫(xie) 全小作文的comparisons提升TA的分,就顯得很重要。直到看到這篇7.5分範文,現在我樂(le) 意告訴學生:如果你英語水平真的很好,擅長小作文寫(xie) 作,其實簡化作文,少寫(xie) comparisons(比如不寫(xie) 交點),同樣可以把小作文考到7.5分。
