每天的閱讀量按words 算差不多在5000-6000 words;‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ 按照以上的方式刻意閱讀以後，沉澱的內(nei) 容差不多1000words 左右。‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ 時間上，單純閱讀一般在20-30mins；加上筆記總結的話再加個(ge) 30min。這樣意味著一位成熟讀者一天如果細讀的話，差不多1個(ge) 小時左右的時間。‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
