哈佛國際關(guan) 係青少年挑戰賽(HSIRC)是由哈佛大學國際關(guan) 係委員會(hui) (HIRC)下屬的哈佛大學校際模擬聯合國(HICMUN)和佳兆汝教育集團(RAEG)聯合舉(ju) 辦的一項競賽，旨在為(wei) 世界各地的中學生帶來一種討論國際關(guan) 係的創新方式。

HSIRC將學生們(men) 聚集到一起參與(yu) 國際關(guan) 係討論，在整個(ge) 項目期間，學生們(men) 將麵臨(lin) 一係列具有挑戰性的問題，並通過各種形式運用他們(men) 創造性解決(jue) 問題的技能來解決(jue) 這些問題，評估維度將包括學生的知識、表達、研究、寫(xie) 作、創造力和思維能力等等。

賽事將分為(wei) 兩(liang) 個(ge) 階段進行：

第一階段：2022年4月起，為(wei) 期12周的先導課程

由哈佛大學校際模擬聯合國團隊(HICMUN)成員直接授課，並在12周的課程內(nei) 涵蓋各種主題。

第二階段：2022年8月6-7日的線下比賽

賽事構成：

1、國際關(guan) 係事務｜International Relations Trivia

2、國際議題決(jue) 議案書(shu) 寫(xie) 與(yu) 小組間互評｜ Written Resolution and Critique

3、國際議題決(jue) 議案小組答辯｜Panel Defense of Case Problem

4、危機應對提案｜ Crisis Response and Management

注冊(ce) 流程

REGISTRATION

1 繳納注冊(ce) 費：在進行評估測試，學生需要全額繳納費用，如評估測試未通過，我們(men) 將進行全額退款；

2 在線注冊(ce) ：學生提供學術背景、課外活動經曆等相關(guan) 個(ge) 人信息；

3 完成評估測試：學生在收到測試後，需在24小時內(nei) 獨立完成測試，不得接受家長、老師的幫助；

4 根據測試結果發放參與(yu) 確認信：在學生完成測試後，我們(men) 將會(hui) 提供測試結果和反饋。

1. Make payment for registration fee: The full fee is collected ahead of the testing instructions. This will be refunded if the student is not accepted.

2. Register online: Attendees will supply information about themselves that speak to their academic and extra curricular backgrounds；

3. Receive and complete assessment test: The student will have 24 hours to complete the test as instructed and received. This must be done without assistance from parents or teachers;

4. Receive participation confirmation based on test performance: Feedback will be given shortly after the completion of their required test.
