美國政府可能加強對AI技術的限製！2025年申請何去何從？

美國當地時間5月8日，美國眾(zhong) 議院的某小組公開了一項法案文件，法案旨在限製美國人工智能、人工智能係統等出口，防止外國競爭(zheng) 對手使用美國的AI技術。

若該法案通過，則會(hui) 讓政府更容易對AI技術實行出口管製。

看似法案是對AI技術的管製，但根據其對AI的定義(yi) ，其包括了所有AI相關(guan) 的軟件和硬件均在管製範圍內(nei) 。

因此，若該法案被通過，不僅(jin) 對技術、貿易等方麵會(hui) 產(chan) 生影響，甚至有可能會(hui) 影響持有H1b簽證的留學生和求職者！

其實，美國對於(yu) 本國的高新技術產(chan) 業(ye) 和“高敏”領域的技術限製，由來已久。

而針對中國的高新技術企業(ye) 、高校等的限製更是有明確的名單，就是大名鼎鼎的“10043”。

名單不僅(jin) 羅列了眾(zhong) 多中國的高新技術企業(ye) ，還將中國國內(nei) 眾(zhong) 多的高校也列入其中，共計87所高校全部在列，其中就包括著名的“國防七子”：北京理工大學、北京航空航天大學、南京理工大學、南京航空航天大學、哈爾濱工業(ye) 大學、哈爾濱工程大學、西北工業(ye) 大學。
